Too many payments

I joined polmed in January and there was no contributions from my side in January. End of February polmed deducted R1404 which is my normal contributions and R2106. I made enquiries and was informed that the R2106 was for January and February and theres still R702 outstanding. On my payslip i saw that there is a balance of R2106 due for polmed. I just saw on my March payslip that polmed is deducting R1516. 00 and R2106. I made enquiries to the pathetic call centre but could not get answers. I made a chat on the chat line and was given the finance email address. I sent countless emails and still no respond. I was told that there is no increase yet but i see there is an increase and no one is telling me anything about the R2106 thay is a balance. Is this the sign that polmed is in the wrong administration or is the administration milking money out of us. I stayed on the phone for more than an hour and was put on hold by rude people who does know why thry sitting in those chairs. I wanted to speak to someone in finance but was informed that the finance doesnt have a direct line. I asked to speak to the manager or the supervisor then i was put on hold for over 30 minutes.
