POLMED --- they just don't process accounts!!!!
i have been onhold for 46min.... Claim assessor (Tsego) was handling my query and couldn't find the claim on the system... she placed me on hold for 46min! STILL NO REPLY..<br> <br> PRACTICE NO\ ***<br> member no: ***<br> service date: 31-11-2015<br> <br> account submitted on the 19th of December<br> still not processed<br> the call centre just cut me off again!!!<br> <br> I have mentioned this previously ... POLMED IS USELESS<br> METROPOLITAL HEALTH IS USELESS!!!!<br> God help the poor officers that are on this useless medical aid<br> By the way... been cut off now for the 3rd time!!!!<br> <br> <br> <br> "
