Polmed rejected the claim that it normally pays

On 15.09.2015 I went for my new prescription which requires blood samples.. Thereafter I started to receive letters and SMS claiming that I owe drs buisson swart inc and they were sending also the final demands letters, I went to polmed was I asked to submit practice numbers and service date.. But nothing happened I went back again was told polmed is under new administrators which us medscheme and they are not responsible for the outstanding claims... Not by no choice I end up paying 1,118.30 that I owe drs on 07.03.2016, so what I ask is for polmed to refund me my 1,118.30 that I paid it was not my fault that the claim was rejected, as fro. 2013 I have to do 2 blood samples per year and I never had a problem about that. It started only last year, do medscheme knows who was administrating polmed before they can negotiate if that needed what I want is my refund, it is unfair what is happening I was taken from corner to corner. I can send/fax proof of payment if that is necessary.
