Polmed not paying refund for my elderly mother!!!
My mother has been waiting for a refund which was *******ly deducted from her account since the 10th of June and still no refund paid to her!!! Imagine a whole R3500 for an elderly woman.. Polmed is such a **** with pathetic service!!! Everytime I call to follow up on the refund they say they will call me back as they can't get hold of finance no one ever calls and a month later they still have not paid her money back... Im sooo fed up of this medical aid.. Its such a **** nxaa!!! I want that money paid to her today!!!!!
