POLMED NOT PAYING FOR OPERATION THEY APPROVED

Polmed approved an amount of R34440.00 for my operation which I had on 2015/12/02 at Union Hospital. The operation was approved as Exgracia by Polmed.When the Hospital and the two doctors (Specialist and anasthetic) submit their claims Polmed keeps on rejecting them saying it is scheme exclusion. Up to date the hospital and the doctors have not been paid. I have received A FINAL LETTER OF DEMAND from the hospital with the amount of R32110.00 and they demand that I pay it because medical aid has failed to pay. I dont want to be blacklisted. i am a single mother and not earning enough. It is not fair that I pay for an operation that was approved. I need Polmed to pay the hospital and doctors before I am blacklisted.
