Polmed is the worst

Polmed is a ****, I took my baby to the Paediatrician twice in October and the first time I called them I was adviced that there's no need for a authorization number.. I found out that they didn't pay the Dr after I received a letter to pay my account from the Dr. When I called polmed I was then told that I should have got the authorization to take my baby to a specialist.. I spoke with a consultant who told me that he'll talk to his supervisor and give me a feedback and till today I'm waiting for the feedback, he doesn't even respond to my emails while on the other side I'm receiving letters to pay up my account at the Dr.
