POLMED is horrible

Where do I start. I have a keloid on my left ear which I have removed 3 times. The last time was July 2018 and the doctor said the only way to prevent it from regrowing is to get chemo.

We wrote numerous emails and motivations but they said they can't allow it because its cosmetic. No I ask you how is preventing it from regrowing having anything to do with cosmetic.

It already looks like I have a apple next to my ear what's next.....

I asked several people to assist me with a solution but instead the last one dropped the phone in my ear.

What must I do.

Im a marine plan member but it doesn't matter cause I pay more but still don't get any assistance or solutions
