Polmed has still not resolved issue

It's been 5 days since issue was reported but Polmed has not come to a resolution. A lady by the name of Thandi has been assisting on the matter but Polmed has not resolved issue. The latest is that Polmed cannot find the two calls which their agents had confirmed full payment. Both calls on system show the times I calls but Polmed alleges that no recordings are available. I am fast losing my patience with this company & how they resolve customer complaints.
