Polmed dental do they even exist?

Polmed dental is nowhere to be found. The call centre also *********** to address a complaint. I did authorisation for a crown in 2018 whic I got but the dentist did such a bad job it fell out shortly after a front tooth. He tried to fix it but such a bad job. I went to another dentist who advised the crown has yo be redone. Of course Polmed has a waiting period for same yooth crown it was 3 years. I waited and eent back after unbearable pain and habing yhe yooth vome out every now and then. Finally the 3 yrs passed now Polmed claims the waiting period is 5 years. I cannot get hold of anyone at the dental department. A team leader Michelle has been promising to assist from the 17th of Feb but nothing. Nobody wants to help.
