Outstanding authorization number
It is with a very heavy heart that I had to result to this. I have always enjoyed the best treatment from Polmed, but today marks the 4th day of phonecalls to obtain authorization for a procedure to remove (confirmed) CANCER underneath my left knee. I phoned NUMEROUS times to listen to the same computerized questions. My surgeon also submitted my motivation and histology report but with absolutely no response. I am desperate to have this surgery as I am an operational member of the SAPS and not having this surgery will have serious consequences for my health as well as my job. I am now begging for someone to come back to me with an authorization number and not just a promise that I will receive an email. I've been waiting for this email since Monday!!!!!

I'm very frustrated and angry. I spent my entire week on the phone with Polmed and STILL no authorization pending. WHAT ELSE MUST I DO???????
