not paying operation - POLMED

I am very frustrated with POLMED, they only paid half of my theatre bill for a operation I had, we phone and even visited them personally and resubmitted the account again. yet no payment. This should have been paid because they gave me authorization for the operation before hand. Do not know what to do anymore I do not have the funds to pay the bill.<br> <br>
