Not amused

I am seriously disappointed at the manner in which consultants handle queries and also the service that polmed gives us in the higher plan especially. We pay so much yet are so limited in doctors and services. What is the point of having a medical aid when you will lose thousands of rands on levies, copayments and non refundable cash consultations? This was never the case. What now????
