NON PAYMENT OF ACCOUNT

Patient saw the Ear, Nose and Throat Specialist and account was submitted via email with proof of submission to medical aid. I queried this account numerous times even with the team leader Michelle who was suppose to phone me back today after I spoke to her two weeks ago and she was going to submit and process the account and get Lesego the agent to create a stale account, which was not at fault of the Doctors rooms nor the patient. This account was submitted in time so why is it a stale account at this stage. I would like someone from Polmed to phone me and sort this out once and for all.
