No sense of urgency!...
<p>I have been a member with polmed for more than 20 years now. My son was removed from the medical aid last year October which was the anniversary month as I was told because he is now over the age of 21. I believe that if one is still a student they can be on medical aid, I was not notified when he was terminated neither did I get a letter to update his information. Today when I need help from the scheme I am told that we need to wait for 3 months for him to be reinstated. Right now he is lying in a provincial hospital bed unattended for the past 48hrs. I find it really appalling and disturbing that I have to wait for 3 months when its a matter of life and it's not like his a new member he was removed without my knowledge. Please do something about this </p>
