NO KNOWLEDGE OF PROCEDURES

I have just spoken to 4 different agents regarding the same matter - 2 of which gave me different information, the other two just asking me to \phone this number"(the number which I phoned to speak to them! The last one kept on saying \""that's the info I have\"" and made no effort to find out whether the info she had was correct - even after telling her that the previous agent had given me completely different info. I thought Polmed would be better now that they're with Medscheme"
