Mediocre Service from Polmed

My father has been with Polmed for over 35 years but the service you give him is appaling. This year July my mom had covid and was in hospital for a few weeks. A few days after she was admitted one of your imbecile agents calls my overly sick mom who is in hospital to tell her that my father owes Polmed R3000 rand because Ikhutseng(which is me) did not produce proof of registration from her school (which I did) so you were still charging my father for a student instead of an adult. One of you guys decided to stress my mom and disturb her peace because one of you guys didn't acknowledge the proof or registration that was emailed to you from my school last December. My question is because you know my mom isn't the main member and you have the person responsible for the accounts number and email address why call her? I know why because all you care about is debiting peoples accounts not their wellbeing not their health. Today again my father received an email in the morning saying his medical aid has been suspended again and thats it no info no nothing. He had to call to find out whats happening apparently you *********** people decided to debit his account five hundred and something instead of over a thousand. I know for a fact that my father always has funds in his account so this was definitely not his fault. The medical aid was suspended on the 1st but you decide to let your client know 15 days later?? How? What if they fell ill during that time then what?? Your service is pathetic and useless utter ******* if you ask me. Also I'm due for a breast reduction because of back problems but you rejected it as expected because of my BMI being to high but you can't let me know where it needs to be in order for you to approve it?? What do you call that? My father deserves a little more respect from you guys honestly
