Increase of instalment of medical

My Husband went on medical board on 1 April, because of this he stays on his medical aid Polmed, however because he will be receiving a pension much less than his salary and because the Police part of the payment will not be paid he got an instalment to be paid according to his pensionable income.<br> This instalment was R1206 which comes from his pocket and this was automatically deducted by the medical aid. We had a complaint with them about an arrears and this was corrected because there was no arrears. He has now suddenly been charged R1985 plus R1206 = R3188 this month. No provision was made for the extra R2000 because this is not what his instalment is. We now had to pay bank fees because of this and no communication was sent by the Medical aid. We are not supposed to pay this amount from a pension amount of R8700 a month. The amount deducted is basically for 3 months instalments, since MEDSCHEME took over as administrator we have just had problems, we never had any problems with METROPOLITAN.<br> We want this sorted out asap.<br> <br>
