Failed to manage prostate cancer
<p>Dear Polmed Mescheme</p> <p> </p> <p>I patient needing prostate cancer surgery has had his surgery cancelled since I have phone you multiple times today (30/3/2017) to motivate for the surgery but your medical advisors have not pitched up for work (you call centre ladies have told me that the phone just rings and rings).</p> <p> </p> <p>So, can the medical aid ombudsman please haul the directors in and ask to explain!</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Dr</p>
