****ed as hell In fact spitting fire

<p>been a member since 2008 never skipped a payment but today you would swear I owe Polmed. That medical aid scheme they don't care about their customers I have been running around like a headless chicken because Polmed doesn't want to pay the accounts. I gave birth to my son 19 September 2016 but till today the hospital, Paediatrician and the lab for my son are still not paid and I am being chased around by these people wanting their money. Did I know that my son would be in NICU the day he was born? Was it my fault? Do I not have a medical aid to cover him? Seems like I have been paying for nothing to a usesless medical scheme with rude call center agents and not to mention the case management section which are insensitive because they are not the one who owe about 15000,00 and is about to be blacklisted because Polmed is a selfish medical aid with not well trained and manned stuff. Now what must happen Polmed? Fix this now urgently or else consequences will follow I will not be liable for other peoples incompetence!!!! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
