Dont receive faxes and emails

for the second month my debit order did not go trough and I made a manuel payment. I faxed the proof ten times to *** and i mailed it to [Email Removed] and after waisting R200.00 rand of prepaid airtime and after being cutt off they still did not get my proof of payment. In the meanwile my cover is suspended. They just said I should fax it again. Maybe this report will get someone to call me.
