Claim dept useless

I have never had a problem with polmed in all the departments until now I have had to deal with the total incompetance of the claims department. Looooonnnnggggg story short my claim due to their incompetance and errors is being delayed for almost a month. When quering it I get a different story each time from each different consultant I get through to. Escalating your query to a supivisor does nothing at all. Not even an apology for their mess ups.
