Bad service delivery and it's their first year
We contacted them for pre authorization and got a reference number then we phoned for authorization number then the matter was handed to clinically department and they just.don't get back to us she suppose to go for an operation on 2016/02/19 but till now no response this new polmed chat is also useless so it's useless have a medical aid then
