BAD SERVICE

I have queried an account that i am waiting an refund on. I started the query on 27/7/2015 - after 8 queries and an email comfirming my account is received and within 5 - 10 days i may expect payment, I dont here anything from my medical aid I following up with emails but without success not even 1 email was rep**** on. Have phone today 19/8/2015 to query again my refund and now they will comfirm the account is never received after it was sent to Polmed by email 4 times to different email adresses and a persone comfirm my account was received. I thinks this is bad service - GIVE OTHERS WHAT YOU EXPECT IN LIFE REGARDING SERVICE <br>
