Bad Bad Service

<p>I have called Polmed med Scheme to request tax certificate on behalf of my mother as she requested. I was put on hold for more than 5 minutes and when I finally got an agent to talk to she just told me that I cannot get the tax certificate of my mothers behalf. I asked how should he request it if she doent not have airtime or internet access. the agent told me that she need to complete a third party form which I asked that she send it to my email so that my mother can complete it so that the tax certificate can be emailed to my email address. the agent said she cannot emailed to me my mother need to request it herself. I asked to speak to her superior then the agent just put me on hold for more than ten minutes. How can my mother request the third party form herself if sha doesnt have airtime and internet for email. She is a widow who is unemployed. What a poor service delivery by Polmed people. Not everyone is previleged to be working and have access to the internet. Why did Polmed stop posting thier communications to their clients? do they think that all their clients have jobs, internet access and airtime to be calling the call centres to request the documents Polmed used to post.</p>
