8 MONTH OLD PROSTHESIS REQUEST NOT FINALIZED.

On 03/07/2025 I wrote a review on HelloPeter regarding the poor service form Polmed side to a patient has been waiting 8 months for a prosthesis authorization. On 04/07/2025 I received a call form a lady at Polmed promising me that the matter will be resolved by end of day. So, on 04/07/2025 I again received a call from her informing me that the matter was finalized and that we will receive a letter by Monday. No letter was received and when I phoned Polmed now to follow up on the letter, I was informed by the call agent that this matter is NOT FINALIZED YET. Polmed just keep on giving bad service. I wonder how long before anything will be finalized.
