Very bad service and false advertising

I app**** for a property to rent from this agency after following up with the agent Reinhardt for a whole week to view the property I went out to see the property and asked him I want to apply to rent it. After having to follow up again with him what they needed for the ITC check I sent all through early the next morning in order for them to do the ITC check. 2 days later i followed up if they need anything else as I got no response from the agency and they informed my they have rented the place out to another tenant already rented from them. Never rep**** to me about my ITC check or that they received my documents just nothing, only that they decided to rent it to someone else purely because they rent from them already dishonoring agreement we had to do an ITC check. This after i wasted 2 weeks on them as i understood I can have the property but ITC was not even done, they are false advertising so please be careful for this company. After i emailed them i am unhappy with their service they just ignored the mail.
