Professionalism & Integrity are not words found in this agency's Dictionary

The lack of professionalism and integrity shown by these estate agents is shocking. When we as purchasers refused to sign a OTP that solely protected the seller and benefited the agents we were met with a "how dare we change their contract". When the estate agents refused to change some of the clauses within the contract specifically one stating that the purchasers are responsible for the agents commission if they breach contract, we asked to see the attached commission agreement referred to in the contract we were expected to sign. This request was responded to with an email informing us that the seller had accepted another offer. Not once during this whole OTP process were we told there was another offer on the table. We weren't given any opportunity to respond to another offer with a higher one if that was what we wanted to do. These agents thought they could take advantage of first time buyers and when we exercised our legal rights they responded with unprofessional and childish behaviour. My recommendation is to not do any business with this agency.
