Complaint

<p>I hired a jumping castle from this company. when i recieved the jumping castle, I took pictures that it was broken and sent it to the company. I did not get any respond what so ever so I eventually phoned the lady. I had to come up with a solution because they can not use their brains to come up with solutions at all. The lady phoned an hour or more and swoop the jumping castle by the time the children had already left. I had to go buy duct tape, use my petrol, to fix a jumping castle. They said it was from wear and tear because it is so old, but if it is so old why hire it out? They put childrens and my childs life in danger so they can make money! Now they will not refund my money or compensate. They do not want to take responsibility for their action.</p>
