ZCL Trading / Polka Fasion - don't buy from them, very unhappy customer !!

Please do not buy anything from these people. I ordered and paid for 1 item end of November 2019. They eventually sent me an international tracking number in December, when I clicked on the tracking number, it was no longer valid. I sent e-mails numerous times to them, they take days to respond to you, if even, I don't even know how many mails I have sent them requesting a new tracking number. I still didn't receive a response. Today I receive an sms from the post office stating there is a international parcel for me and I have to pay R28 clearance fee. I paid the fee and collected my parcel and guess what - it is completely something different than what I ordered. It is not even remotely close to what I ordered and paid for.

I have now e-mailed them again, and now I will have to wait and see how long it will take for them to respond to me. I cannot do anything with the incorrect item they sent me, it doesn't fit, I cannot use it, so what now ? I have asked for a refund and for someone to contact me.

This company needs to be reported , this is very unacceptable and bad , bad business. They state they are in Cape Town, they don't say that it is sort of a Wish situation . False advertising. No contact number. Please don't fall into this trap and purchase anything from them.
