Becarefull of ZCL Trading or Polka Fashion quick to take your money but does not deliver or answer your emails

After placing an order. You are reminded to make payment before anything will happen. You then receive a tracking no. They are where happen to provide you with a tracking no. Once you track the package to you post office and you receive your item and pay R28 with a big surprise this is items you did not order not at all your size. Several and I am not joking +/- 20 emails later these people do not respond to you at all. They still send you correspondence but does not reply to your emails at all. On Email 21 I had someone responding to say according to their terms and condition they have time until the 25th of November. I responded. Please provide me with a tracking no or please track my packages a week later no response. What am I suppose to do. R715.00 plus R28 in this day and age is a lot of money. How do we ensure this people do not get away with this.
