DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!

Disgusting service from Polka Dot properties!<br> We had a burst geyser in the home we were renting from Polka Dot. The house was completely flooded in ankle deep water. We tried to contact the estate agent numerous amount of times, with no reply to sms or phone calls! We eventually got hold of the handy man who was able to assist us.<br> Not only does he fail to return phone calls, but he also puts his personal life before work! We are trying to hand over keys to the property, and I have arranged a Spa Day that cost me over R2500 which in the end I had to cancel because he has some other personal plans to attend to! <br> I find it disgusting how some one who claims to be a great agent, fails to comply with outstanding customer service!
