Bad/incomplete services rendered

I do not recommend Polka dog school (Lizelle Britz-Chapman), I hired her as a behavioural specialist for my pup and paid her in full, she came to our appointment and from there of I never heard of her (didn’t get my report or follow up appointment). I tried to contact her numerous times but she never responded (I still have everything exchanged between me and her). After months of trying to contact her I threatened to leave bad reviews on her page (as I saw others have done) but before I could do it her pages was removed.
