Outstanding Monies owed and bad attitude

I am an accredited facilitator and contracted with the CEO to facilitate a training for him in February. He asked me a couple days before the training date, begged me to assist him as he had international delegates attending the course. I agreed to design the course material and facilitate the training for two days. The agreement was that he would pay me during and after I completed the job. The training was completed successfully but George did not pay me. He asked for a huge discount as well as extension to pay at the end of the month.<br> <br> It has been 6 months now and I have been begging him to pay me. he always promises to pay but never does claiming poverty. However, he continues to run his business, hire new staff, run trainings and pay other facilitators but refuses to pay me. He becomes upset with me when I ask for my money and calls me unprofessional, yet he is the one who has been unfair, ********* and unprofessional.<br> <br> I have been very patient, considerate and understanding towards him but he has taken advantage of my good nature and continues to be dishonest and disrespectful towards me. I did a job for him, which he made money but he refuses to pay me for it.
