Same problem over and over

in november 2013 i bought a watch at foschini and in February 2014 it snapped because of the material used in the belt i went back to foschini and they exchanged that watch with the one that looks exactly the same like that one, guess what a year in February i'm faced up with the same problem, now i have to book it in for repairs and we know that even if i do it is still going to give me the same problem for the price we pay for your watches i must say i am totally disappointed can someone tell me where to go from here
