Use only if you're desperate

Great service, much needed for those desperately in need of documents at very short notice. Dealt with Yaaseen, fast and efficient communication. Lost 1 star because of all the hidden costs that they don't tell you about until it's too late and you have no other choice but to do it through them. Lost another star because they say 5-7 working days, it's true that it gets completed within that time frame but you only receive the documents an additional 2 days later. So the process actually takes 2 weeks which you can get done at another company for cheaper.
