I would like to write a review about Police Clear - more specifically Yaaseen 🥺🥹. The man truly is God sent! I sent in my query and when I did not respond, he followed up and we got the process going. The nature of my job doesn’t really give me time to attend to my own affairs, his level of patience and understanding isn’t something I’ve ever come across when it comes to customer service. I kept explaining to him that my clearance certificate is a matter of urgency and I was worried I wouldn’t get it on time. It didn’t help that I approached Police Clear in the midst of all the public holidays and that my deadline fell shortly after that. However, Yaaseen said he’d do his best to expedite my Clearance Certificate. I sent proof of payment the one day and true story … the following day I got a scanned copy of my clearance certificate and literally the day after that I got the hard copy. I’ve thanked him so much I’m sure he’s sick of me lol. He is so humble and always ready to help - even after I told him I’d be on his case asking for updates. I honestly didn’t have to ask him for a single update. He sent me a text saying there’s no need for me to harass him because the scanned copy is attached below. If he isn’t a training manager or something high up there - it’s about time lol (yes, this is a formal request). Yaaseen, thank you again. I’m stumped for words. Your ability to ensure your clients are happy is a skill many don’t have. I could honestly learn a thing or 3 from you. In short, Yaaseen is *THE GUY*!
