I was helped by the most incredibly responsive, kind and lovely Yaaseen. I have had such stress regarding my PCC with former organizations. I do however feel that people make the place, and Yaaseen certainly blew me away with his incredible communication, and timely response. He responded instantly to messages (even over the weekend- out of work hours). He was beyond helpful, and kind and the job was done without any stress on my part whatsoever.
