Amazing service by Yaaseen from Police Clear

I was skeptical about using a Police Clearance expediting service and I wasn't sure if they'll over-promise and under-deliver. In fact, I was sure they would, but we were desperate. I contacted Police Clear to expedite our Police Clearance Certificates and got through to Yaaseen. We had already submitted at the PCC Head Office in Pretoria early December (but after six weeks, we didn't have anything from the Police other than a reference number and an acknowledgement of receipt of the application). We started the process with Yaaseen on Wednesday, 26 Jan'22. Yaaseen immediately sent a quote and opened all channels of communication (WhatsApp, e-mail, etc) to ensure direct and prompt communication (with both my husband and myself). By Monday, 31 Jan'22 we received scanned copies of the PCC's, to allow us to already submit the documents for our visa application whilst waiting on the originals (also saving us the hassle of getting is scanned from home!). The certificates were perfect and contained all the information we requested (****en and married surname for me, which seems to be something other people are struggling with). The next morning, Tuesday, 1 Feb'22 the original documents were delivered to our door. Note that, even though Yaaseen was on leave during this time, he still responded to all my WhatsApps promptly and even arranged for electronic copies to be sent to us, so there would be no delays until he was back in the office. Truly amazing service and Yaaseen made the process smooth & painless. No doubt that he's an expert in the business and I would highly recommend not just Police Clear, but Yaaseen specifically.
