Will not recommend buying the Poloriod Smart watch

I bought a poloriod smart watch for my daughter as a Christmas present. In April I had to replace the strap as it broke. Now the strap broke AGAIN at exactly the same spot as the previous one. I was told that this is wear and tear and the warranty does not cover the strap. I understand that but surely this is a manufacturing fault and not just normal wear and tear.
