WHAT A WASTE OF TIME IF THIS IS HOW POLAROID TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Bought my daughter a Polaroid Fitness Watch for Christmas from Takealot and now the side button does not work. Tried calling the number ***, wasted 10 mins of my airtime holding on to speak to someone from the "online" department to no avail. Eventually was cut off and had to redial the number. The customer service agent was also not able to help and the lady at SWB should get another job as she was rude without even asking who I wanted to speak to she just transferred me back to the service agent. That was yesterday at 1 pm, am still waiting for the "online" department to call me back.
