Poor Quality Polaroid Products

I bought a pair of Polaroid bluetooth headphones which stopped working within a few months. I advised the manufacturer (Polaroid) about the fault and how Game stores is giving me the runaround when I return the headsets.. Since then the guarantee period has lapsed and the faulty headsets were never returned. Polaroid claims they cannot do anything about it anymore yet they forget that I sent them an email while the guarantee was still active.

Sad truth is that the consumer always gets the short hand of the stick. I'd feel better/satisfied if the item I bought actually gave me value for the money I spent but that's not important to Polaroid.
