Polaroids bad product

received a pair of earphones for my birthday I read the installation an try to connect it the one earpiece connected. And it worked for 2 Min and the said the battery is low .and the other earpiece don't want to charge. I can't take it back to game store because they want the slip. My daughter lost the slip and they don't want to exchange it. Is there any alternative? This is the reply I got : Sfiso rep**** that they don't do exchanges . I told him I will donate the earphones to them so that they can see how bad the product is . A few of my friends also had the same problem unfortunately they had a till slip and was exchanged a few times. So please this is nog a good product be carefull
