Polaroid PA70

I bought a Polaroid PA70 watch on take-a-lot in January 2020. I loaded the software on my phone and linked the two. i am using an iPhone 7. The watch and phone worked well together for about two weeks. Last week Thursday the watch stopped connecting to the phone and as a result the time on the watch is wrong and the date as well. It keeps indicating that i am in June 2020. I have tried resetting the watch and also deleting and re-installing the software, but that does not help.

I then since received a response from the Facebook Page and it read as follows (see Below) on 10/02/2020:

Good Day Thank you for your response, please be advised, we are working on solving the issue. The factory workers only returned to work today due to the Corona virus and we will try assist you as possible. Kind Regards Michelle
