Polaroid Kids IPX7 GPS watch straps last only 3 weeks

In October of this year (14th) I purchased 2 Polaroid Kids IPX7 GPS tracking watches for my grandchildren. Three weeks later the one watch was back at Makro as the strap had broken below the retaining pin.

Needless to say, after the most pathetic customer service from Makro, we were eventually told that the suppliers had informed them that the strap was not covered by the guarantee. My granddaughter is 7 years old, and the strap lasted 3 weeks, so beware before you purchase this product, as the strap may not last, and you will not be compensated.
