Polaroid active watch troubles

I’ve been using the Polaroid Active watch with my iPhone for several months. Suddenly it is not pairing and I have spent 3 days restarting, downloading, and following every bit of advice to fix this issue! My watch us still not pairing! Don’t spend your precious money on this item!
