PA580 - Charge - Complaint

I Bought a PA58 Watch in April 2 months after my charger starting giving problems, I went and bought another watch in August, and the same happened now, the 2 pins on the charge, on both charge the 1 side collapsed in, which now the point don't make contact with the watch to charge. I contacted Polaroid and they say I can purchase another charger for R155 and courier R150 - I can add another 200 and buy another watch but the same will happen to the charge, How can 2 cargers be faulty and the pins not making contact
