NONE WORKING PRODUCT NO FEEDBACK

I bought a Polaroid moji GPS watch for my daughter. She only started using it on Tuesday 9 January 2018. After only 1 day the app refuses too work and even SOS alerts doesn't go through. Very very dissapointing. I went on their Facebook page too ask for assistance on 11 January, no reply. Try to phone the number on their website but the number is wrong. They are beyond useless. No aftercare service!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT
