the service from this company is pathetic. my parrot ate my charger for my watch and I need a new one. SO I phoned them and they put you through to different departments. Tebogo and his boss have excuses for everything...... they never told me that i can pay more for an overnight courier.
dont order from them because they dont know how to use their own system and everyone has a different opinion....

Don't every buy from these people.. They are ******* and everyone tells a different story... Tebogo and the white manager. If you order something you can wait about 3 months for it...

SO THE BOSS'S NAME IS LUKE. He is the one who makes empty promises and doesnt deliver... I he always in a meeting, which I doubt coz if they say its me thats phone is in a meeting....

The CULPRITS:
Gloria - ****ing Rude
Kyle - ****ing **** and Dodges My Calls ( Meetings 24/7)
Tebogo - Doesn't Answer my calls on Whatsapp or on a normal call or SMS.
They Dont Have The Drivers number to phone him and tell him to delivery. Because I asked for it so I can phone him....
Dont ever use this company.....

I have a heart condition and my doctor told me to buy this watch.
I paid the money in yesterday at 10am inside Standard Bank..
But now they come with stories money on cleared today.... How can a company order something without me paying?????????????
SO they ****...
They are a bunch of ***** and have no ****ing clue about customer service nor their own job............
i could even have met the drive halfway...
how do you have a driver my you dont know his name or cellphone numher.
This is going to my Attorney Paul Roelofse... And the papers.. And if I have more to add, I will type it here....
