False advertising

<p>I bought a power bank from Polaroid the other day to charge my phone. On the package it says charged and ready for use, however when I opened and used the power bank it was not charged and ready for use. This is false advertising coming from the company. It is the first and last time I will buy anything from them. It was an emergency and thought it would be helpful, it was the complete opposite. </p>
