Defective watch

I bought a Polaroid moji active watch for my son. the GPS tracking is ok but the battery of the watch doesn't last a day. U struggle to get it to charge and when it is charged, even if my son doesn't wear it, the battery runs down very quickly. I tried sending the company an email on *** but no reply came. then i tried to phone the number on the box but the line goes to voicemail and nobody has phoned me back. I would like to either get a new watch that actually works or a refund.
